Our client purchased an existing 4 bedroom bungalow on a site in Nevilles Cross Durham. The Bungalow was demolished and Planning Approval sought and granted for 5 No. 4 bedroom town houses. A challenging urban sloping and heavily retained site lying in a conservation area, we overcame these problems to achieve a high density quality scheme with a density equivalent to 108 units per hectare!

The units were designed as 2.5 storey with a master suite in the roof achieving a good standard of accommodation and a excellent return for the client in potential resale values.
